The plan yesterday, was to see if we could sell some magazines at the Pleasant Street Market. The answer is a resounding "no". We didn't sell many at all!

The exciting thing though, was that I roped my friend Louisa into coming along and sharing the stall with me, and selling some of her gorgeous illustrations which she has printed on cards. And she had a lot more success than I did. I am so pleased for her. This is the start of something big for her, I am sure. Mark my words.

Thanks Meg! I never really thought that the people going there were really our demographic. But there are a few more people out there now, that know we exist. And they may not have, if we hadn't been there. Kim

Sorry to hear you didn't have much luck :(

It is such a shame but it really just depends on the market. We sell at the Daylesford Farmers' Market and do well but find it hard to sell anything at the Sunday Market up the road.

Thanks girls. Yeah, I think we will try the Daylesford Makers still, as we had hoped to. I think you're right about the different markets. And we have to give things a go anyway. No harm in trying.
